The pension’s administrator for your employer operates a helpline that offers help and information on Pension Choices and pension arrangements in the Civil Service.
You should also contact them if you believe your personal pension forecast or annual benefit statement is incorrect. If you have a partnership pension account you will need to contact your pension provider for partnership queries.
The helpline is unable to provide any financial advice.
