Feedback Report
To kick-start discussions, we asked all three groups what were the main
issues arising in the delivery of their pensions role and responsibilities.
We then used the afternoon to review the new entrants’ procedure, looking
specifically at what we need to improve; it also gave the groups the
opportunity to share good practice.
Next Stages
We are reviewing the feedback from the new entrants’ review sessions and we
will consult with APACs, Linney and trades unions to take issues forward.
We will dovetail the timetable for proposed changes into the Communications
strategy where applicable. We will keep you informed of the proposals
during the process.
Payroll issues featured quite highly in our discussions around role and
responsibilities so we have decided that this will be our topic for
discussion at the next series of meetings, which will be held at the end of
September/early October. If you have any specific issues about payroll that

We will also be asking the groups to consider issues concerning the
marketing of CSPD products in light of the pension reform proposals.
