About Civil Service Pensions
Civil Service Pensions is the division of Cabinet Office which manages the
Civil Service pension and compensation arrangements.
We do not do the day to day work of administering pensions. This work is
done by 10 Authorised Pensions Administration Centres (APAC). Some APACs
are private sector companies, while others are part of Government
departments. Every Civil Service employer has a contract or service level
agreement with one of these APACs, to carry out the pension administration
work for their staff.
You can find your APAC by looking up your employer in the Helpline
area of the site.
